Your system administrators should be able to set up new user accounts. If they need any assistance setting up the account or defining the relevant permissions, please ask them to contact the Helpdesk team for support.
If your account has been locked and you are unable to log in, contact your local/system administrator who will be able to unlock your account. You should receive an email identifying your system administrators. You can also use the 'Forgot your password?' link to update your password and unlock your own account.
Another user on your system will need to log out for you to be able to log into Agency Pilot CRM if all your concurrent licences are in use. If you need to adjust your licence limit, please contact your account manager to enquire about additional user licences, or call 0114 349 1294.
You can choose which panels you see on your Homepage by going to the Homepage section of your Settings page. You can then define the layout of these panels by going to the Homepage and clicking on Unlock Panels. With the panels unlocked, you will be able to change the layout of the columns on the page, drag and drop the panels into the position you want them, and even adjust the heights of each panel before using 'Lock Panels' to save the layout.
Your system administrators can control what areas of the system each user has access to. If there are options missing from the navigation menu you need or if there are options available in the list you do not require access to, please contact a system administrator and ask them to update your permissions accordingly. If you are an administrator, you can do this yourself on your Settings page.
We have multiple website integration methods available to fit your requirements and budget. Please contact your account manager for more information and to discuss which integration method is best for you.
We have a real-time data feed to Rightmove that is available for free for Agency Pilot CRM clients. If you already have an account with Rightmove, please contact your Rightmove and Agency Pilot CRM account managers and we can assist with the configuration of the feed in the system.
We have a real-time data feed to Zoopla that is available for free for Agency Pilot CRM clients. If you already have an account with Zoopla, please contact your Zoopla and Agency Pilot CRM account managers and we can assist with the configuration of the feed in the system. In order to feed to Radius Data Exchange, you need to have a subscription with Radius which includes the use of the Radius API. If you have a Radius licence in place, please contact your Radius and Agency Pilot CRM account managers and we can assist with the configuration of the feed in the system. You can find an Outlook Plugin run sheet on the system's Help page with instructions you can follow to install the Outlook Plugin and link it to your Agency Pilot CRM user account. Emails sent from Agency Pilot CRM from an email address with the same domain as yours may be incorrectly identified as spoof. This can be resolved by your IT updating your mail server method. Please contact the Helpdesk team for further information on helpdesk@apcrm.co.uk or 0114 349 1294.
