Event Manager
This module provides a facility for the management of your events, utilising the CRM tools already within Agency Pilot. The module allows an event to be created and a list of potential invitees to be identified prior to creating an invitation mail-shot. Invitation responses are automatically recorded and an attendee list is created. Once the event has been completed, actual attendees can be recorded. A complete archive of all events is maintained and these can be used to generate invitation lists to future events.
E-Newsletters
The E-Newsletter module facilitates the creation of newsletters, which after being distributed to recipients, can be archived within the system. An E-Newsletter may consist of several sections and each section may consist of several articles.
Each E-Newsletter is based on a template which
defines the look and feel of the newsletter for example; Font styles and sizes, colours, layout etc. Existing template designs can be provided by the client or alternatively; Alcium's Creative Design team offer bespoke Template design services. Each template is set-up at the time of implementation and is then added to the template list ready for selection.
E-Mailshot
The E-Mailshot option allows the creation of standard marketing emails in your own corportate style to be created using the in-built HTML word processor. Any emails sent via the system are tracked in terms of hyperlinks that have been selected. This statistical information collected can then be used in marketing reports.
Questionnaires
The Online Questionnaire Module provides a facility to send a questionnaire via email; either automatically or on request to enquirers and / or contacts. The questions and multiple choice answers are defined by the questionnaire creator. A fully audited service ensures that both the sending and receiving of the completed questionnaire is recorded and available for review at any time. The user is alerted via email of any completed questionnaire, allowing follow-up action to be taken immediately if necessary. A comprehensive reporting tool allows responses to be analysed by a whole range of criteria including by time period, company sector, enquiry type etc.
