Introducing new technology to your organisation can seem like a daunting task, that’s why we have an onboarding process in place to welcome new clients to Agency Pilot CRM.

You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager to guide you through the implementation phase and be your main point of contact throughout. They will work with you to ensure Agency Pilot CRM is configured to best complement your organisation, ensuring a smooth transition.
We know how important your data is, so if you are moving to us from another system you can be assured we are experts in migrating and cleansing data from other sources.
Initial training is provided free of charge to all users, and can be delivered online, on site, or in our offices in Sheffield. Sessions are fully comprehensive and can be tailored to suit different types of users, including administrators, agents, surveyors, and management.
Once you are up and running with Agency Pilot CRM, you have quick access to our dedicated Helpdesk support team via telephone and email Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
