Training
We currently offer a variety of courses for Agency Pilot users.
Bespoke training courses are also available on request, to fulfil the specific training
needs of individual groups of users.
All the training courses are limited to a maximum of 5 persons, who should all be
of a similar standard. Alcium supplies all equipment needed for the courses and
provides each delegate with a training manual. Training may be carried out at Client’s
own offices, or at Alcium's training suite in Sheffield
The Courses
Agency Pilot Essentials Training provides a basic introduction to Agency
Pilot. Users who have completed the course will be able to:
- add, edit and archive information on the property /instructions database
- perform searches on the instruction database to extract required information
- utilise the standard property reports and produce brochures
- add, edit and archive applicant enquiries
- enter requirements and perform searches to match enquiries to instructions
- utilise the standard enquiry reports for marketing purposes
- enter information into the system diary
- record historical progress notes against instructions and applicants
Essentials training also includes an overview of more advanced system functions
such as mapping, and mail merge to produce user defined reports.
Agency Pilot Intermediate Training is designed for experienced users, who
have a confident grasp of Agency Pilot's basic functions. Intermediate training
helps these users to use the system's more complex functions to satisfy their requirements.
The intermediate session focuses on mail merge, and how this facility can be used
to create user defined brochures and reports. The session provides an in-depth look
at this useful way of presenting the exact information the user may require.
Agency Pilot Advanced Training is designed for users who need to administer
or control the operation of Agency Pilot. The key areas covered by the course are:
- Mapping Advanced
- mail merge and reporting
- Linking to the Internet
