Implementation
Prior to the installation of Agency Pilot an implementation plan is defined to ensure
the appropriate hardware is in place, any data migration is organised and a training
plan is defined. The implementation plan ensures the Agency Pilot installation runs
smooth and within your timescales.
Data Migration
A dedicated project manager will arrange for the collection of your existing data
and the transfer into Agency Pilot. On all data migrations we ensure there is minimal
down time for your agency staff.
Software Development
Agency Pilot is constantly refined to meet the on-going needs of our clients. We
welcome any views on enhancing the product for future releases of the product. We
can also offer bespoke development services for clients who have specific system
requirements.
Database Hosting
If applicable we can offer a fully managed hosting service utilising top of the
range servers in a secure environment. The hosting service is supported by a service
level agreement.
