Alcium Software has an excellent track record in the Commercial Property Systems
market and we would suggest that you contact any of our existing clients to get
their views on our levels of service. Agency Pilot is supported by an extensive
aftercare service, which includes:
Unlimited telephone helpdesk or email assistance
We aim to close out all reported calls on the initial call. If the problem is resolved
the call is logged and closed on our helpdesk software. If there is a need for further
investigation the call will be further investigated by our technical team. In some
instances it maybe necessary to remotely access a client’s site or request data
from a client to successfully close out a support call.
System Upgrades
Agency Pilot is constantly refined to meet the on-going needs of our clients. The
annual support and product maintenance contract ensures that you are up-to date
with the latest version of the software.
