Mailing and Emailing
Agency Pilot integrates with back office systems such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft
Outlook to generate personalised responses to contacts within the database.
Companies and contacts such as agents, developers, owners, solicitors etc can be
categorised within the software. Contacts can be found based on the user defined
categories and a mailing list produced. A personalised response can be generated
in a letter or email format.
For example, when you receive a new instruction the details can be mailed or emailed
out of the system within seconds.
