Job Management
A fully facilitated Job Management module allows you to keep track of all instructions
such as lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses and valuations. A number of
properties can be allocated to a job and a full audit trail of correspondence is
recorded within the system.
Comparables/Archive
Comparable evidence can be recorded within Agency Pilot. This may be information
supplied by other commercial agents, property data suppliers, or internal agency
deals.
Comparable evidence can be input directly into the system or via the spreadsheet
import facility.
Full details of the lease or sale, key dates and parties involved in the transaction
may be recorded. Comparable evidence can be analysed and produced in a variety of
user-defined formats.
Future rent reviews, break clauses and lease renewals are alerted to the relevant
member of staff.
Valuations
Agency Pilot can be used to produce valuation reports on properties. Capital values
and yield percentages can be recorded against each element of a property. For example
each floor within a office block.
An ITZA module allows you to calculate the rent per square foot of retail property
in terms of Zone A. Zone dimensions and value factors such as return frontage can
be recorded and used in the analysis on a property by property basis.
