Land and Property
Information on land and property is stored by geographical location. Basic information
such as address, size, status, use class, tenure, client/owner, accommodation, business
rates and photographs is all stored against a property record.
Property Marketing
Alcium Software have provided web site and property search facilities for over one
hundred organisations, allowing potential applicants to register their interest
on your own web site.
Agency Pilot allows you to create your own marketing particulars within seconds.
The particulars can uploaded onto your web site and downloaded by potential applicants.
Deal History
A full deal history is stored against each property, including lease details, rent
reviews and break clauses. Forward reminder/trigger dates can be setup to alert
a member of staff to any rent reviews, break clauses and lease renewals. Reminders
can also be integrated with MS Outlook within the appointment calender.
Disbursements
Disbursements can be recorded against a marketing budget on a property-by-property
basis. Management reports can be produced to analyse marketing costs by category
over a period of time on a client or property basis.
Valuations
Agency Pilot can be used to produce valuation reports on properties. An ITZA module
allows you to calculate the rent per square foot of retail property in terms of
Zone A.
