Applicant Management
Full details of applicants and their requirements can be stored within Agency Pilot.
Embedded search routines make it quick and easy to find active properties to meet
their criteria. Properties can be put forward against an applicant, with the action
being logged for future reference. Any ongoing correspondence is recorded against
the applicant.
When a deal has been completed the system simplifies the process of recording future
key dates such as rent reviews, break clauses and lease details.
Applicants can be archived individually or on mass within our applicant reminder
facility.
