Humberts puts Agency Pilot in the driving seat
Humberts has put Agency Pilot in the driving seat for its commercial division as part of its resolution to be at the cutting edge of technology to support its growing team in Southampton
The cutting-edge web based version of the system has been designed specifically for Humberts and means that the firm's chartered surveyors can have 'anywhere access' to information from across its UK network.
For the national firm's growing client base it also brings a host of benefits including instantaneous reports on both traditional and web-based marketing activity including numbers of actual and virtual viewings.
The firm's Agency Pilot database will be accessible on anything which has web access from 3G phones to PDAs and laptops - putting both commercial client and applicant data at the fingertips of its chartered surveyors wherever they happen to be.
The system not only offers instant access, but is hosted on the firm's central server - ensuring that all the information contained on the database remains secure and confidential.
A team led by senior associate Craig Powell has worked hand-in-glove with Alcium Software to develop the new system and is already planning for phase two, a module to give commercial clients the opportunity to monitor property transactions on-line.

Agency Pilot will also be used to support the firm's valuers by providing comparable data for property valuations on behalf of banks, building societies and investors. A hugely powerful tool it will also be used to enhance the services of the firm's property management specialists.
