Established in 1892, Glenny LLP has retained its independent status and maintained

Glenny LLP have been using an existing in-house Agency product for a number of years.
As part of the implementation Alcium Software worked with Glenny LLP to transfer
data from their existing system. Alcium Software has also developed a new interface
for the jobs module of the software.
Glenny LLP have taken advantage of Agency Pilot's wide area network capability by
connecting their five offices to one central database. To reduce the cost of installing
dedicated lines between the offices, Glenny LLP are using the hosting services provided
by Alcium Software. Alcium Software offers a fully managed hosting service utilising
top of the range servers in a secure environment.
Glenny LLP and their five offices were installed on the 29th September with ten
training sessions over a two-week period in October.

Dear Jonathan
Just to let you know that we have today released Pilot as live. We realise we have
a lot of work to do on the data and Chris and David are working their way through
it.
The general feedback on the training last week was very good. Although I didn't
sit in on any of the sessions, I get the impression that David is a very good trainer
and would be grateful if you would pass our thanks and best wishes on to him. He
acted very much in a co-ordinating role last week and helped greatly with the set-up
of the system and the many hundreds of questions, queries etc.
Thank you so much for putting up with all my queries and questions in the run up
to installation. It certainly made my job easier knowing someone so knowledgeable
about the product was a phone call away.
